A DOA has to be reported by 5 days after purchase. The replacement will be a new device of the same type or a comparable device (changes in design possible).

The defective unit has to be sent in the original box.
A UPS return service of the DOA devices is included.
Please have the following information ready:
The model number of the CyberPower product,
the serial number of the CyberPower product,
date of the incident,
where you purchased the CyberPower product,
date of purchase of the CyberPower product,
copy of the original invoice for verification.
