DOA is a service offered exclusively to direct customers and specialist retailers as purchasers of CyberPower products through the authorised distribution channel. The start date is the date of invoicing by us or the distributor to the specialist trade. A DOA notification must be made no later than 5 days after the date of purchase! A credit note will be issued by us or the distribution partner, or, if desired, an exchange for a new unit of the same type (subject to availability) or for a comparable newer model (design changes reserved).
Please have the following information ready:
The model number of the CyberPower product,
the serial number of the CyberPower product,
date of the incident,
where you purchased the CyberPower product,
date of purchase of the CyberPower product,
copy of the original invoice for verification.
